do not buy anyting on this web

If you don’t want to get a refund, then buy on their website lol…
Basically, their live agents are liars. What they did and what they said are totally different.
Service is terrible online, I purchased a duplicate order, and I want a refund. The live chat guy told me to drive 50 km to return my order. Is there any problem with Origins affording a shipping label? after that, they told me I could keep the stuff and give me a refund. There’s no refund and no further information from Origins, plus every time they said I will get an email confirmation in 24-48 hours, there’s always nothing received. I’m tired of this word game on live chatting on your website, and I do not want this refund.

Shipment delayed.

The product is great with a lot of discount. Although the shipment time is a bit long. It was shipped after 5 days since I ordered.

If I could give 0 star

If I could give 0 star, I would definitely do it! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I have received my products a month ago but missing one item. I chat with representative and she told me the item is being processed and I will get an email for tracking number in 2-3 business days. I was waiting for 2 weeks yet I haven’t receive any email.

I chat with other representative again asking the same question, but he just told me the same thing. I was so upset and I emailed the online customer service very nicely, describe my situation, but I just got the same answer that my item is being processed and will get tracking number in 2-3 days.

Today, I just emailed them asking if my item has been shipped and my tracking number, then after I got an email telling me the item that I purchased is out of stock. Lmao. This is taking so much energy and wasting my time to emailed them/talked to them. They could just tell me the first time that it was out of stock.

Very upsetting customer service. I won’t buy it anymore.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I never received my package although the delivery company said it delivered. I was here waiting by the front porch where they said they delivered it. IT NEVER HAPPENED. I have spent way too much time contacting the company via phone and now live chat without resolution. NEVER AGAIN.

Dishonest company

I made an online order of over $200 online. When I originally signed on, it asked for my phone number and said that I would get 15% off by joining. When I checked out, the discount was not there. I decided to order anyway, and it said that I got free shipping if I ordered $14 more, so I increased my order by $14. Then, it said that I got free shipping if I ordered $7 more.

Very Poor Customer Service

The customer service may be fine once you reach an intelligent human (preferably in the US), but you need a tranquilizer to get through the process of getting to the right person. If you are transferred, the chances are 50/50 that you will get disconnected. I was on the online chat and told that it might take up two days to get an email to me to change my password. It wasn't worth asking why.

There's no respect for the customer!

I placed an order in November it wasn't shipped yet. I tried to contact Origins 7, 8 times by email and never got contacted back. I have the emails to proof. This is an absurd!

I ordered a product

I ordered a product. Only to have to chase them for an update over two weeks later. I was then told the product wasn't in stock when I bought it and that they'd now given a refund as it didn't happen automatically.

Companies should have a much more careful approach to selling items that are either low or out of stock.

Seems like this company relies on people not requesting refunds and keeps the forgotten cash.

I would avoid buying from this business. I'm not bitter, they are just in my experience very poor.

Beware on their Customer Service! The WORST EVER CS i encountered in my Whole Life!

I don't write reviews, coz i am a busy person working night shift in the hospital, but the experienced i had today is very UNACCEPTABLE!
I called origins customer svc to ff up my order and abt the delivery that are incomplete! OMG! I talked to 2 persons that they dont even tried to solve the inquiry! One person hang up after i told my name, the second person is very Rude, so we shouted to each other no etiquette in communicating with their Customer as if this person Owned the Company or He is The CEO, the way HE talked! OMG! I cannot forget you Sir! Origins, WHY ARE YOU HIRING THIS Rude and LAZY CUSTOMER SERVICE Agents? It MAKES YOUR Amazing Company and Product BAD REVIEWS!
I will NEVER EVER PURCHASE THIS ORIGINS PRODUCT AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS!
